Kimberley is the founder of Kaleidoscope Wellness Niagara. Kaleidoscope was created to help people find calm, clarity and connection in times of change. Kimberley has a background that bridges clinical social work, yoga, and energy-based healing. Kimberley brings a deeply holistic perspective to personal and professional transformation.
Her work is rooted in the belief that well-being is a lifelong journey, one that requires both structure and spontaneity, discipline and joy. Kimberley offers a compassionate space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Drawing from over two decades of entrepreneurial and professional experience, Kimberley understands the challenges of maintaining balance while leading, creating and caring for others. She works with a wide range of clients but has an affinity for working with young adults starting their careers, individuals facing life challenges, professionals approaching retirement, people exploring encore career paths and those who just want to live differently. She helps people navigate transitions with intention and confidence.
Her approach integrates evidence-informed counselling with trained knowledge of the restorative practices of yoga, mindfulness, and reiki. She creates experiences that nurture both mind and body. Kimberley believes that transformation begins with awareness and that small purposeful shifts open the door to profound change, just like the turning of the kaleidoscope.
When she’s not working with counselling clients, Kimberley can be found leading yoga and meditation classes, cuddling her cats, sharing laughter and a meal with friends, enjoying her garden, travelling to new places or spending time outdoors, drawing from the natural rhythms of life.
Kaleidoscope Wellness Niagara is where her passions for healing, movement and meaningful connection come together. A place where growth feels gentle, and change feels possible. Kimberley’s goals are to find more light and ease in the world and to not forget to laugh.
