Services are confidential as governed by law and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) code of ethics. A few exceptions to confidentiality may apply and they will be outlined in your first session.

• Sessions are 50 or 75 minutes in length
• Evening and weekend appointments are available.
• 50 minute video or face to face session $150.  Services provided by Registered Social Workers are HST exempt
• Super session 75 minutes $220 (this session can be helpful for couples or when you want more time to process) 
• Student rates and sliding scale are available upon request

Payment is made at each session and can be done by cash or etransfer. Credit card payment is now accepted and can be set up on our Owl Practice booking portal using the PCI compliant secure processor Stripe.

A receipt with registration number will be provided.  Some employee benefit programs may cover Registered Social Workers.  Check your benefits to see if this applies and if so the receipt can be submitted for reimbursement. Direct billing is available for companies affiliated with Telus Health.  For a list of participating insurance companies.

Face to face appointments are available in Niagara Falls and St. Catharines. The St Catharines space is co-located in the offices of Dr. Jane Lauermeier, ND at 12 Secord Drive, St Catharines, ON L2N 1K8.

We are also offering video appointments which are 50 minutes in length.
